This programme is specially designed for people who have never dived before.

When you take your first dive with us, you'll discover excitement, adventure and freedom. Nothing is like being weightless underwater. Only a diver knows that feeling!

This programme lets you experience the thrill of diving under the supervision of an Instructor in ideal conditions, such as those found in the bay in front of our diving school.

Before we start

Almost everybody who is in good health, reasonably fit, and comfortable in the water can do this dive. To do this dive with us you must be a minimum of 10 years old.

Course Overview

This programme is about 2 hours long.

We explain to you the basic information you need for this experience and then go for a dive in the sea. It's your first dive so we are not going in very deep.

We will see the most beautiful fish of the Atlantic Ocean.

This dive experience is a great way to start your PADI Scuba Diver or Open Water Diver certification. That's because the skills you complete during this dive are a credit for these certification levels.
