With enriched air nitrox you can stay longer at a given depth.

If you are not cold and still have air but your table or computer tells you to go up, it's time to buy a thinner suit and smaller bottle or do the nitrox course.

This course is designed to qualify you to use enriched air
("Nitrox")  The programme teaches you the use of
enriched air with 22 percent to 40 percent oxygen.

Before We Start

1. Be certified as a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver, Advanced Plus or equivalent (for this programme, equivalency is proof of certification beyond entry level with experience in deep diving and navigation), OR as a PADI Open Water Diver (or equivalent) with proof of at least 10 dives logged beyond training dives for certification.

2. Be 15 years of age or older.

Course Overview

This course covers the knowledge, skills and techniques for diving with enriched air. (Nitrox)
